What I hold
Core: A rotating “Top Ten Basket” of momentum stocks
Satellite: A few individual names where the thesis is strong
Cash: Dry powder ready for Green signals
The current thesis
TMad finds the top trending momentum stocks that I buy and hold for 10 days, while my custom Claude skill double-checks the daily indices and delivers a simple Green/Amber/Red verdict before I enter a new Top Ten Basket.
What I’m eyeing next
Tweaking my Claude skill by combining it with Richards investing one so it pulls cleaner context from TMad, layers in my risk rules, and makes the verdict even faster.
Richard’s skills packs shine because they’re built to be customised to exactly how you work.
Anyone else running momentum baskets or using AI to stay disciplined on entries?

Redundant is not staying a software catalog. I'm turning it into a movement and a lifestyle brand: the company page a wave of people put on LinkedIn when the automation arrives, and the things you wear because you're on the right side of it. You're in the room where that gets built. Here's the map: the thesis, what it looks like, and what's shipped. Pinned, and I'll keep it current.
The thesis...
Everyone else is selling ways to do more with AI. Faster output, more content, you still in the middle of everything. Redundant is the opposite bet. A job is a bundle of tasks, and AI only needs enough of them. Agencies, consultants, and the bill-by-the-hour middle are being dismantled, and salaried roles are next. What survives is people who own the work instead of doing it.
So Redundant is where you land when the work gets automated, whichever side of it you were on. Made redundant, or made yourself redundant first. Same destination: you holding the automation instead of being replaced by it.
The movement...
It starts with what you put on your profile. I've had Redundant as my current company on LinkedIn since March, when I sold my AI newsletter agency. Title: Chief AI Transformation Officer. Because when the work gets automated and you're the one holding the automation, that is the company you work for.
Picture the letter arriving at some corporate job, and instead of the green "Open to work" banner, the profile flips to Redundant. Not unemployed. Redundant. An army of profiles saying I'm not coming back. Thousands of people are already hitting the Redundant company page after typing 'Redundant' into LinkedIn. Some from very big companies. The demand for this identity exists before I've even built the merch table.
If you've already crossed over, made redundant or made yourself redundant, feel free to set Redundant as your current company on LinkedIn and post the screenshot here. Founding members get to say they were first!
The lifestyle brand...
Some of you saw the early render I posted in here. The Redundant watch will be coming: a mechanical watch is the most redundant object a person can own, your phone already tells the time, and that's exactly the point. Blacked-out case, stripped dial, one hit of acid green, a proper mechanical movement underneath. A beautifully engineered, completely unnecessary thing. The manifesto on your wrist.
That's the shape of where this goes. The packs and playbooks are the tooling. The identity is the product. The profile, the watch, whatever comes after: things you wear because you're on the right side of the automation, built for the exact people in this room. And you're in the room where it all gets shaped first.
What's shipped lately...
I ran the Redundant treatment on my own product line and rebuilt half of it. Full story in the latest issue: The M&A Firm In A Box.
Everything buy-side moved into one new pack, the Acquisition Operator: a deal scanner across every marketplace and asset type, nine asset-specific due diligence workers modeled on the reports M&A firms charge $500 to $3,500 for, a Quality of Earnings worker that builds the workbook CPA firms charge $3,500+ for, LOI and APA drafting, and a CIM builder for when you're the one selling. The pack is $149. One diligence report from a firm costs more than that.
And the operator packs became true operator packs, rebuilt around the services agencies charge monthly retainers for: content roadmap and refresh workers in the Website pack, Amazon PPC, listing optimization, and FBA reimbursement workers in the Ecommerce pack, lifecycle email and outbound prospecting in the SaaS pack, a buy-side acquisition broker and signal-driven outbound in the Domain pack.
Packs start at $79. One-time, self-install, no subscription. The Everything Bundle is every pack for one payment, well under buying them separately, and every future pack I ship lands in your bundle folder free. The bundle launched at $299 and has only gone up as the catalog grows. It never goes down, and everyone who bought before an addition gets it anyway. Whatever you pay today is the cheapest it will ever be.
If you haven't run a worker yet...
The free ones are the fastest way to understand what you'd actually be buying. The Business Appraiser values any online business and shows how it reached the number, the same valuation a broker runs before charging 10 to 15 percent. The Redundancy Audit scores how automatable your job is and what to build outside it.
Cheers!
Richard
This channel is for the other half of the thesis. Making yourself redundant frees two things: hours and cash flow. This is where the cash flow goes.
Stocks, crypto, and deals — including the most underrated investment for people in this community: buying a cash-flowing online business instead of another index fund.
Introduce yourself with three things:
What you hold (share as much or as little as you like)
Your thesis in one sentence — why those, why now
What you're eyeing next
Eyeing an online business? Post the listing. Tearing apart deals in public is the best content this channel can produce — and it's exactly what the Acquisition Operator pack was built for: scanning the marketplaces, running due diligence on the listing, and checking the seller's numbers before money moves.
Two rules: a thesis is not a ticker with a rocket emoji, and nothing here is financial advice — we're comparing homework, not giving tips.
This channel is for everyone who owns the thing — an agency, a store, a SaaS, a newsletter, a site, or something you're about to buy.
The thesis, applied to a business: you being essential is a liability. Every hour of work the business needs from you caps what it's worth and what it can pay you. The goal is to own the work, not do it.
Introduce yourself with three things:
1. What the business is (link it if you're happy to)
2. The part that still can't run without you
3. What you're doing about it — or what you're stuck on
Buying instead of building? Deals, valuations, and due diligence questions belong here too.
One rule: real numbers beat vague wins. "MRR went from $2k to $3k after I automated onboarding" teaches everyone something. "Crushing it lately" teaches nobody anything.
The workers I've built for this live in the operator packs — crews of Claude skills for whatever you run:
🤝 Acquisition Operator — buying and selling online businesses, with full due diligence
📧 Newsletter Operator — grow and monetize a beehiiv newsletter
🌐 Website Operator — SEO, content, and Reddit growth for content sites
🛒 Ecommerce Operator — Amazon and store operations, PPC to reimbursements
⚙ SaaS Operator — revenue, SEO, outbound, and lifecycle emails
🏷 Domain Operator — appraise, flip, and sell domains
📈 Investing Operator — thesis-building and portfolio catalysts
All of them here: https://redundant.lol/#packs

This channel is for everyone still on payroll.
The thesis, applied to a job: automate your role before someone in procurement does it for you. Keep the salary. Use it as runway. Build the exit on the side — quietly.
Nobody here will tell your boss.
Introduce yourself with three things:
1. What you do (roughly — no need to name the employer)
2. The part of your job Claude could already do
3. What you're building on the side, if anything yet
"Nothing yet" is a fine answer to #3 — that's what this channel is for.
One rule: no doomposting about AI taking jobs. Everyone here already knows. We're the ones doing something about it.
Where to start: run the free Redundancy Audit — it scores how automatable your role is and hands you the plan. Free, takes a few minutes: https://made.redundant.lol/products/the-redundancy-audit
It's up at https://redundant.lol/quiz/ and it captures and email which it sends to beehiiv where I have automations ready to go and also promotes the most appropriate pack / playbook.
Used to have to pay for dedicated quiz/click funnels software to do this!

A new 15-worker acquisition pack, 8 agency-grade workers added, and the bundle price just went up. Again.
