Hey,
Last night before bed I asked a Grok Bot to find the email address of every padel club in the UK for Padel Living, and to write each one personally.
This morning the drafts were sitting in my Gmail.
It runs on it’s own computer so nothing needs to be on, nor any cloud automation set up.
That is not the interesting part.
The interesting part came after, when I asked the bot to export itself and it did. One link. Anyone I send it to gets the whole thing, skills and all.
I had started building these for you the way I built the Claude packs. Then I saw the marketplaces going up on X, with an official one coming, and I looked properly at what I was about to try to sell you.
A product that copies itself for nothing is worth nothing. Charge for one and somebody has given it away free by Friday. I have sold these. I am telling you the floor is falling out of them.
So the question stopped being what do I charge for a bot, and became which one is worth giving away.
In 2015 I ran my own store and wrote the funnel guide on Shopify's Partners blog, including the Klaviyo flows I was running at the time. Klaviyo now has an MCP connection, so I pointed my master bot at what every Klaviyo agency actually sells and had it package the lot.
That is Klaviyo Desk. It starts cold with a retention audit, then covers the four moments that decide whether a buyer comes back, the core flows every agency installs, a lead capture funnel for the 98% who look and leave, an offer ladder, a thirty-day campaign calendar, deliverability hygiene, a conversion-first design system, and a thirty-day install that sequences the whole thing.
The agencies selling exactly that want $2K-$5K a month, then a share of your sales for as long as it runs.
It drafts. You send. It is free.

And the part worth keeping whether or not you own a store: when the artifact copies itself for free, the value moves to what cannot be copied.
The audience.
The distribution.
The access.
Knowing which of those nine things to do first. It is the same reason you pay for a business and not for the idea of one.
Own the work. Don't do it.
Cheers!
Richard
ps if you use it in your business feel free to buy me a coffee :)
